What details do I need to provide for my order?

To complete your order, please provide the following details:

Event/Branding Date
Theme or Branding (logo, colors)
Age/Birthday (for personal events)

Photo (optional)

No changes can be made once you agree to your design preview.

Do I get a design preview and updates?

Yes! You will receive a design preview via email within 7 days of placing
your order. You can review and approve the design before we proceed with production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 10 items for most products, except for roll-up banners and gift boxes, where the minimum may vary.

What’s your turnaround time?

Our standard processing time is:
2 weeks for smaller orders
3 weeks for larger orders (50+ items)

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, with a 3-day turnaround.

Do you offer delivery and pickup options?

Yes, we offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery charges depend on your location and the size of your order.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error with the customisation or damage during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 48
hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We are only able to make changes to your order if we have made
an error on our side in customization. If the error is on the customer's end (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates), we
cannot make changes after the design has been approved. We make an effort to package items properly and add fragile
stickers to minimize any damage, but we are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment is required in full before processing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the UK and Europe.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once your order has been processed and the design preview is agreed upon, we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure
all details are correct before submitting your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £150.
